After realizing my family didn't have an emblem that described our history, I wanted to create a crest that we all could own and enjoy. While researching and gathering information and articles from my grandmother and other relatives, I was able to learn a lot about my heritage. This was such an amazing project. I would suggest everyone go through this process; the crest was just a byproduct of all the memories and family history I learned.
